ETC is offering an exciting opportunity for a Valuer / Senior Valuer role in the Statutory Valuation & Property Tax Advisory team.

You will be part of ETC’s Statutory Valuation & Property Tax Advisory team, supporting property owners in navigating complex regulations. Clients across industries, from retail, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, rely on our expertise to safeguard their interests. With the team, you will advise corporate clients on property tax matters.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To manage our clients property tax portfolios with diverse range of properties

• Carry out site inspections and analyse market data to assess the annual values for property tax purpose

• Liaise and discuss with assessors in Property Tax Department of IRAS on objections

• Prepare assessment reports for property tax objections and appeals

• Keep abreast of real estate market and be involved in statutory valuation for land betterment charge, compulsory acquisition, etc

• You will also be required to carry out any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by the Directors of the company.

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate or equivalent discipline

• Experience in property tax assessment/ valuation preferred

• Good knowledge of the local property market industry

• Possess good communication skills and team player with good interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and resourceful

• Those with at least 2 years of experience will be considered for the Senior Valuer title

• Fresh grads with relevant internship experience may apply
