We are currently seeking a motivated Senior/Valuer to be part of our Valuation Advisory team.
You will support the delivery of valuation services across a wide range of property types. This includes conducting site inspections, analysing market data, and preparing valuation reports while providing professional advice to clients on property values. You will also build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high standards of quality in all valuation work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for site inspection, data analysis, and preparation of valuation reports for all property types
- Attend to valuation-related queries and provide professional advice to clients on property values
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their specific valuation needs
- Implement and uphold rigorous quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of valuation reports
- Undertake other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate or Equivalent
- Those with relevant experience will be considered for the role of Senior Valuer
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
