The site is available for sale through a tender exercise, which will close on Tuesday, 18 March 2025 at 3pm.

The asking price for the land parcel is S$38 million, which works out to a land rate of approximately $1,070 per sq ft.

This surpasses the 4.3% CAGR observed for landed homes islandwide, highlighting this district’s resilience and strong growth potential.

Nestled within a sought-after landed housing enclave, the site offers an ideal blend of exclusivity, tranquility, and convenience.
