We are seeking a sophisticated and driven Assistant Manager, Concierge to lead our front-of-house team at a prestigious high-end residential development in the heart of Marina Bay. This is a pivotal leadership role for a service professional who thrives on interpersonal interaction and takes immense pride in delivering a “Gold Standard” resident experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Team leadership: lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated concierge team to achieve excellence in daily operations
- Service excellence: enhance and uphold bespoke service standards, ensuring every resident interaction is seamless, professional, and personalized
- Strategic partnership: work closely with the management team to align concierge operations with the overall estate management goals
- Operational management: oversee roster planning, handle complex resident inquiries, and ensure the lobby and communal facilities reflect the luxury status of the development
Requirements:
- Experience: proven track record in luxury hospitality, premium residential services, or high-end guest relations
- Soft skills: exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Leadership: strong team-building skills with a passion for coaching and developing staff
- Flexibility: ability to work a 5-day work week (including weekends) on a rostered basis
- Availability: Must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts on selected Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as well as working on Public Holidays
