We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Assistant Manager to be part of our Valuation Advisory team.
You will manage the delivery of valuation services across a wide range of property types. The role involves conducting site inspections, analysing market data, and preparing valuation reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards. You will also work closely with banks, financial institutions, and key stakeholders on valuation queries, while also building strong client relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for site inspection, data analysis and preparation of valuation reports for all property types
- Ensure valuation reports are in compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards
- Attend to valuation queries including liaising with banks, financial institutions, and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and assist in business development
- Identify and resolve complex cases through sound judgement and decision making
- Undertake other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in real estate or equivalent
- Licensed Valuer, SISV Member a strong advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant valuation experience
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
