We are currently seeking a service-oriented Property Officer to be part of our Property Management team.
You will oversee the day-to-day property management operations of assigned properties to ensure smooth estate management. This includes supervising term contractors to ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, conducting regular building inspections, and recommending rectification works where necessary to maintain operational excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and carry out the operation of property management services for a group of properties assigned
- Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine checks
- Ensure every complaint is addressed with the residents with closure
- Provide timely and prompt responses to complaints and requests
- Ensure that all the property management services rendered are in accordance to the contracts’ terms and conditions
- Perform site management and supervise a group of Term Contractors
- Make regular building inspections and forward the recommendation for rectification
- Monitor progress payments/claims to ensure cash flow projections
Requirements:
- Diploma / NITEC / Building / Property / Facilities / Hotel Management or Technical Certificate
- Relevant 2 years’ experience in managing condominiums, building, hotel or other service industry preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with positive attitude
- Professional and outgoing personality
- Able to work independently
