Residence Officer (Concierge) | Property Management

We are currently seeking a service-oriented Residence Officer (Concierge) to be part of our Property Management team.

You will assist the Residence Manager to support the daily operations and management of an assigned condominium.  This role focuses on delivering a high standard of customer service to residents and visitors, attending to enquiries and requests professionally and in line with the company’s quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Residence Manager to provide efficient operations and management of the assigned condominium
  • Comply with company’s quality assurance standards and expectations
  • Provide a high level of service to residents at all times
  • Attend to residents’ requests/enquiries/feedback
  • Assist residents with reservation & use of the condominium’s facilities and services
  • Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Answer all incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Manage parcel deliveries based on approved policies and procedures
  • Ensure that front office space and lobby are kept clean and tidy at all times

Requirements:

  • SHATEC or GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ level with work experience in customer service / front desk / concierge
  • Friendly and passionate to serve with customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Well-groomed and possess a pleasant disposition
  • Team player
  • Able to perform shift work (no mid-night shift)
