Duties & Responsibilities:
Full time focus on property tax advisory to our corporate clients
Manage and advise clients on their property tax portfolios
Carry out site inspections and analyse market data to assess the annual values for property tax purpose
Prepare assessment reports for property tax objections and appeals
Liaise and discuss with assessors in Property Tax Department of IRAS to resolve objections and appeals
Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate or equivalent discipline
Experience in property tax assessment/ valuation preferred
Good knowledge of the local property market industry
Possess good communication skills and team player with good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and resourceful
Those with at least 2 years of experience will be considered for the Senior Valuer title
Fresh grads with relevant internship experience may apply
